“Audra is enthusiastic, personable, and motivating, with lots of good energy! She is very knowledgeable, explains things well, doesn't use a cookie cutter approach to come up with rehab exercises, but does an actual functional analysis, and gives you videos of the exercises instead of just the standard one-page printout. Her sessions are a full hour of focused individual attention, rather than the typical 30 minutes. I have been to numerous PT places, and she is the best!” — Paul

Techniques for constipation and bowel regulation
Education on healthy voiding and toileting posture
Trigger point release (internal and external)
Nerve mobilization (pudendal nerve, obturator nerve, etc.)
Relaxation strategies for pelvic floor overactivity
Graded exposure and movement reintroduction
Heavy lifting and athletic modifications
Ergonomic strategies for sitting, standing, and work tasks
Sexual health support (erectile dysfunction, pain with intimacy)
Post-surgical rehab (prostatectomy recovery, hernia repair)
Myofascial release for scar tissue (post-surgical, abdominal, perineal)
Internal pelvic floor muscle release
External soft tissue mobilization (hips, abdomen, low back, pelvic floor muscles)
Pelvic floor muscle training (strengthening or relaxation)
Breathwork and diaphragmatic coordination
Core and hip stability training
Posture and movement retraining
Sexual health support (erectile dysfunction, pain with intimacy)
