About Autonomy Pelvic Health

Our services, financial information, and everything else you need to know to get the care you deserve.

Hi, I’m Audra!

Audra Harris is a pelvic floor therapist who specializes in treating men, women, and the LGBTQIA+ population for pelvic floor OT/PT in Leominster, Massachusetts.

I’m the CEO and occupational therapist of Autonomy Pelvic Health, and I specialize in pelvic health for all genders. I’m an occupational therapist who is passionate about educating my community about pelvic health and wellness, and I believe that everyone has the ability to heal, no matter how long you’ve been dealing with your issues.

My mission is to empower people so they can gain the confidence and control over their pelvic health in order to live their lives again. I use a whole-body, holistic approach since overcoming pelvic health concerns involves looking at the whole person.

I focus on providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment as that is essential for growth.

In my personal time, I love weightlifting, walking, hiking, baking, and spending time with my friends and family. I’m a huge fan of all things spooky and goth, and would definitely win a trivia night on all things metal & punk!

Financial Information

We’re an out-of-network clinic, which means we’re free to focus on quality, not quotas.

Your sessions are longer, your care plan is tailored to your goals, and your therapist has the time to focus on you as a whole person and not just your symptoms. We provide detailed receipts (superbills) so you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. This model allows us to prioritize your progress and communication over rushed appointments or insurance limitations.

  • We are out-of-network providers with insurance, meaning that we choose to not contract with any insurances. This allows us to provide a much higher quality, overall more holistic care, trauma-informed therapy, and various payment options to those who need them.

Due to being out-of-network, we are unfortunately not able to see anybody who is currently on Medicare.

Please know we are happy to answer and discuss any questions you have regarding finances through a free consultation call! You can book the consultation call online or call/ text us at (774) 314 - 7318.

  • Yes we do! We recommend you contact your health insurance company and ask them about your specific out of network reimbursement policies. You can ask them directly, “What are my out of network benefits for pelvic floor occupational therapy?”

  • As much as we all wish we could give you a definitive answer, the truth is that it depends on so many factors. We typically see initial improvement within 2-3 sessions, and our average number of patient visits is 4-8. After an initial evaluation, we would be able to better determine how many approximate visits you would need. We believe in healing for long-term vs providing quick fix solutions as those typically do not provide long-term relief.

  • Absolutely! We encourage patients to bring in their babies, especially if your concerns revolve around your ability to care for your baby.

  • Absolutely! We can still provide pelvic floor treatment if you are on your period. If you’re feeling uncomfortable leaving the house for your in-person visit, we can always switch you to a virtual session. Just call or text our office at (774) 314 - 7318 to switch!
