Audra is the owner and CEO of Autonomy Pelvic Health, LLC, specializing in pelvic health. She is an occupational therapist who is passionate about educating her community about pelvic health and wellness. She believes everyone has the ability to heal, no matter how long you’ve been dealing with your issues. Her mission is empower people so they can gain the confidence and control over their pelvic health in order to live their lives again. Audra takes a whole-body, holistic approach as overcoming pelvic health concerns involves looking at the whole person. She strives to provide a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment as that is essential for growth. Free Consultation

You are a unique individual, which means your plan of care needs to be 100% individualized to you! Your plan of care is not going to look like anyone else’s. By the end of your first session we will have a plan outlined to help you meet your goals. We will also have an ongoing conversation about your plan in order to adjust and modify things as needed!

Comprehensive Evaluation


STEP 3

Tailored Treatment Plan

Your first session is comprised of a 90 minute evaluation where we dive deep into your pelvic health concerns. We discuss your medical history, habits, routines, goals, and more! The evaluation also includes assessments based off your concerns, such as movement and breathing.
